5. Bending forming method: there are three commonly used methods, one method is called stretching method, the other method is called stamping method, and the third method is roller method, which has 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, one adjustment roll, and adjusts the fixed roll distance. The finished pipe fittings are bent.

6. Forging method: the end or part of the stainless steel pipe fittings is punched and stretched with a die forging machine to reduce the outer diameter. The commonly used forging machines are rotary, connecting rod and roller.

Maintenance method of sanitary pipe fittings:

1. When sanitary pipe fittings, sanitary stop valves, sanitary ball valves and sanitary gate valves are used, they are only used for full opening or closing, not for regulating flow, so as to avoid erosion of sealing surface and accelerated wear.

2. During installation, sanitary pipe fittings can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection mode and installed according to the use position.

3. Always keep sanitary pipe fittings dry and ventilated, keep clean and tidy, and store according to accurate storage method. Sanitary pipe fittings stored for a long time should be inspected regularly. The exposed processing surface should be kept clean and dirt should be removed.
